Alex Midi has grown exponentially over the last few months. A pioneer in the budding Mexican electronic scene, Midi has gone above and beyond to reach a mass of international followers for his DJ chops (mentored by greats from David Morales to Frankie Knuckles) and more recently his productions.

His recent single “In The Air Tonight“, a club remake of the iconic Phil Collins record featuring the sultry, seductive vocals of Delacey, reached millions worldwide and became a dance floor staple in New Zealand, France, Africa and the United States. Picking up where he left off, Alex’s latest “Magic” featuring Elle Vee plays on the feel-good vibes of summer time, perfect for the conclusion of this year’s electrifying global festival season.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. Alex is also offering an alternative version; the official future bass edit pulls those who have yet to get the dance bug out of their system into a space of dark, bouncy elements that will surely get you grooving. Be sure to catch both versions of “Magic” available now via Aftercluv DanceLab and stay tuned for the tracks’ music videos incoming later this month.
